I enjoy arranging still life objects for a closer look.  Playing with visual relationships, lighting, and shadows is endlessly fascinating, and I find that the more I look, the more I see and appreciate shapes, colors and textures.  And then there are those "found" still lifes, out there in the world, which I can only manipulate on my paper ... a whole new set of challenges.​​
